Lydia Ombati
Co-Owner, Head Chef
Lydia is a skilled chef who worked in Kenya for two years as a chef de partie at Panari Sky Centre in Kenya and as a sous chef for Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai, UAE for 10 years.
Lydia is passionate about African foods and flavours, and is excited about bringing Nyumbani African Delicacies's unique culinary fusion to customers in Canada.

Caroline Atuya
Co-Owner
Caroline is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with approximately 12 years experience working in Kenya and Canada.
Last year, Caroline designed a successful virtual cooking program through Nor'West Co-op in Winnipeg, MB, called the "Cooking and Conversation Program". The program was featured on CTV Winnipeg in May 2021.
Caroline believes that making food is an art and excited to bring her passion for hosting and sharing great food to customers in Canada.
